  • A full movement and injury evaluation and diagnosis.
  • Personalized corrective exercise progressions through treatment sessions 1- 3 times per week:
    • Therapeutic/restorative Exercise
    • Motor Control Training
    • Gait Training
    • Balance/Coordination
    • Mobility Training
  • One-on-one coaching including Manual Therapy work as needed.
  • Frequently monitoring progress. 
  • Focus on addressing pain and movement compensations as a result of injury
  • Building strength, awareness, and muscular control.

*Includes some customized home exercise programming.
