- Personalized corrective exercise progressions through treatment sessions 1- 3 times per week:
- Therapeutic/restorative Exercise
- Motor Control Training
- Gait Training
- Mobility Training
- One-on-one coaching including Manual Therapy work as needed.
- Frequently monitoring progress.
- Focus on addressing pain and movement compensations as a result of injury
- Building strength, awareness, and muscular control.
*Includes some customized home exercise programming.
